Our 3000 square foot Parts & Accessory department is stocked with a great selection of the most popular parts in demand today.   “A few years ago, I bought a Tracker bass boat from Rocky Mountain and then moved to another state. One weekend, I was out fishing in the middle of a big lake and wanted to move to another spot further away, but when I went to start my big motor, it was dead. I tried to everything I knew to do but nothing worked. Lucky for me, I wasn't too far out to get cell phone service. I still had Rocky Mountain's number in my phone, so I called the service department and Wes Hedlund, the service manager, worked with me on the speaker to get the motor started. He spent at least 15 minutes with me and finally, the motor started. Now, this was a saturday and the middle of the day, so I know that the service department must have been swamped! I can't tell you how much I appreciated Wes spending all that time with me so I wasn't left stranded in the middle of the lake! I just wish I could have taken the boat back to them for servicing. Thanks Wes and Rocky Mountain! You guys are Simply the Best!”

  The Tracker Leaked Like a Sieve

  “We bought our Tracker bass boat many years ago from the previous dealer for Tracker Marine. We had a leak in the boat almost immediately so we took it to the dealer (NOT Rocky Mountain) for repair under warranty. Well, they managed to turn a minor leak into what looked like water pouring from a collander with a bad weld job.
  
  Before we could get them to do anything further with the boat, they lost the franchise and Rocky Mountain RV and Marine was the new Tracker dealer. They contacted the manufacturer about the situation and Tracker said to put the boat on a truck and send it back. Tracker put a brand new hull on the boat. Rocky Mountain handled all the details for us and turned us into a very happy customer.
  
  When it was time to replace that boat, we never considered going anywhere else to buy the new boat. Rocky Mountain has taken very good care of us and our boat for many years.
  
  We're thinking about trading up to a new boat again and will definitely buy it from Rocky Mountain!”
